Casey Arneson founded BA Investment Group after fifteen years in real estate. He began by buying, remodeling, and self-managing a growing rental portfolio, handling construction work and day-to-day operations directly. He sold that portfolio in 2024 and moved fully into multi-family development.

As Managing Partner, he works alongside municipal leaders, engineers, architects, and contractors on every project. Each development is sized to the community it joins. Current work spans rezoning, tax increment financing, and pro forma modeling on sites across Wisconsin.
